Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and accepting a service with Last Minute Lawn Care, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Last Minute Lawn Care.

2. Service Description

Last Minute Lawn Care provides professional lawn care and landscaping services including but not limited to lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and yard cleanup. Services are provided as described in your booking and service agreement.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be completed before service delivery
  • All prices are quoted based on acreage and service type
  • Pricing is subject to change with advance notice
  • Promotional codes and discounts are non-transferable and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated

4. No Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: All payments for services rendered are non-refundable.

  • Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued
  • If you are unsatisfied with service quality, we will re-complete the service at no additional charge rather than issue a refund
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund of payment
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled service are non-refundable
  • For monthly subscription plans, subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

5. Service Quality Guarantee

While we guarantee quality workmanship, we offer the following remedy for service issues:

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, we will return and re-complete the service at no charge
  • Quality concerns must be reported within 3 days of service completion
  • This is our exclusive remedy for service quality issues, and it replaces any refund option

6. Scheduling and Rescheduling

  • Services are scheduled based on availability in your service area
  • Same-day services are subject to availability
  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance
  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate time windows, but cannot guarantee exact times

7. Property Access and Responsibility

  • You are responsible for clearing the property of personal items, vehicles, and other obstacles
  • You must provide clear access to the property and any gates
  • Last Minute Lawn Care is not responsible for damage to property caused by existing conditions, hidden objects, or customer negligence
  • Inform us of any sprinkler systems, underground utilities, or other hazards

8. Weather and Conditions

  • Services may be postponed due to severe weather conditions
  • We will reschedule at no charge if weather prevents service
  • Lawn conditions (wet grass, muddy terrain) may affect service quality and timing

9. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate property information and access instructions
  • Ensure safe access to the property for our service professionals
  • Inform us of any pet safety concerns
  • Do not interfere with lawn professionals while services are being performed

10. Liability Limitations

Last Minute Lawn Care maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. However:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage to property
  • We are not liable for damage caused by equipment or conditions you did not disclose
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question

11. Service Agreement Acceptance

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you:

  • Have read and accept these Terms of Service
  • Have read and accept our Service Agreement
  • Understand the no-refund policy
  • Consent to our quality guarantee remedy policy

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
